Richard Braatz received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the California Institute of Technology in 1991 and 1993. He is a Professor in the University of Illinois Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. His research interests include Monte Carlo simulation methods, semiconductor processing, and multiscale simulation.
